Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Forever Lasered Memories cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.
Items that have been engraved or personalized as requested are not returnable or exchangeable. If we made an error in the engraving or personalization, we will replace the incorrect item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
